What we collect
We collect the email address and name you provide at signup, the property details you enter when generating a report, and the inspection PDF files (Minneapolis or Saint Paul TISH) you upload.
How we use it
Uploaded files are sent to our AI analysis provider solely to generate your strategy report. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
File retention
Uploaded inspection PDFs are stored privately and accessible only to you. Generated PDF artifacts are kept for 90 days.
Your rights
You can delete any report from your dashboard at any time. To delete your account, email support@topdollarreport.com.
